Clinical Director - Portland, OR
Ukandu is seeking a compassionate, entrepreneurial doctoral-level clinician (PhD/PsyD) to serve as Clinical Director for our new mental health clinic. This is a unique leadership opportunity to help design, launch, and oversee a first-of-its-kind program supporting children, siblings, and families impacted by childhood cancer.
The role combines direct clinical work, supervision, program development, and community leadership—all within a mission-driven nonprofit dedicated to bringing hope, joy, and connection to families.
Competitive salary ($130,000–$180,000), a supportive 4-day work week, and excellent benefits included.
