This session focuses on the shift from active care to survivorship for caregivers of children who have finished therapy. Discussions will include managing medical follow-ups, emotional wellness, and navigating the new daily realities that follow the conclusion of treatment. Dinner will be provided in the kitchen starting at 5:30 and the group will start at 6pm. The groups will last approximately 90 minutes.
